Designed to thoroughly address your health concerns, this Telehealth consultation will take an in-depth look at your health goals, current symptoms, and any questions or issues you may have. We’ll explore your medical history, diet, lifestyle, family history, and review any relevant pathology.
You’ll receive a personalised treatment plan tailored to your specific health needs. This may include dietary recommendations, lifestyle adjustments, and a customised prescription of supplements and/or herbs to support your goals. If further testing is required, referral letters will also be provided.

Existing clients only
45-minute follow-up consultations are designed to assess your progress, review symptoms, and refine your treatment plan after the initial consult to ensure it remains appropriate and effective for you and your health concerns.
During this Telehealth session, we will also review any pathology results from referrals. A new modified treatment plan will be sent within 48 hours of the consultation.
The frequency of follow-up consultations will vary depending on your health concerns and will be discussed during the consultation.

Allow 30 minutes for this consultation, via Telehealth or a phone call. If you have any general concerns or questions you would like to discuss. This may be cold and flu support, support and tips when traveling or help in the management of other acute symptoms.
There will be no treatment plan from this consultation but advice and supplements can be recommended.
Please note - All herbal and nutraceutical prescriptions are an additional cost and charged separately to your consult if needed for you.
